Ladder – Pre-Workout: Ladder is the workhorse brand of LeBron James and co-owner Arnold Schwarzenegger. What a combo right? They have also brought on Cindy Crawford and Lindsey Vonn to the mix for the female energies and strong cougar game.
Here we have their preworkout which is designed with sports specific energy demands in mind and not necessarily bodybuilding. There brand is NSF for Sports Certified which means its stringently tested for Banned Substances and likely won’t have anything super fun in it! Though, that’s ok when you are risking your million-dollar contract on the line for a little caffeine and creatine, amirite?
They use green tea-based caffeine at 100mg, balanced with 250mg of L-theanine for energy but balanced focus. They also add 500mg of Citicoline (generic CDP choline) which will help with power output and focus, hopefully avoiding the need for excessive caffeine that can be counterproductive to some sports.
They use the synergistic combo of beta alanine and creatine at solid doses to amp up muscle strength and endurance, with a solid dose of betaine anhydrous for the lean gains and fat loss aspects. Together that a solid foundation for strength.
The product is roughly $2 a serving at base cost so it’s a little pricey, but for the guarantee of no banned substances some may feels that reasonable. It is also naturally sweetened and has no artificial ingredients.
