Steak Sheet Pan

EASY PROTEIN

This is the no frills cooking article.  No long monologue.  Just straight to the point, PROTEIN! Serves 6

This ONE SHEET PAN Steak Recipe has 9 ingredients.

Shopping List:

  • 2lbs Baby Red or New Potatoes (go for uniform size unless you wont to split them)
  • 16oz broccoli florets
  • 2tbs Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Gloves (mined)
  • 1tps Dried Rosemary
  • Weber Steak ‘N Chop Seasoning ( or Steak seasoning of choice)
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 2lbs Top Sirloin Steak 1” Thick  (patted dry)

Cooking Steps:

  1. Preheat your ovens broiler (place rack second position from the top)
  2. Fill your large pot with water and salt with a tbs of salt. Bring to boil
  3. Add potatoes to boiling water and cook 12-14 minutes. Drain well
  4. Add broccoli, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper to large bowl and toss to coat
  5. Season your steaks with your preferred blend.
  6. Place steaks on lightly oiled sheet pan
  7. Spread vegetable mix in a single layer around steaks
  8. Place pan under broiler. For MED RARE Steaks cook 4-5 minutes per side.  Or cook until your desired doneness.
  9. Let steaks rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving
