PeakO2 is a patent pending combination of six, organic-certified, Ayurvedic mushroom strains produced by ingredient manufacturer Compound Solutions. These mushroom strains have been grown on organic whole oats, which is a unique process that is able to preserve peak bioactivity for maximum performance. PeakO2™ contains such mushroom strains as Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, Lion’s Mane & Turkey Tail.

PeakO2 is an interesting supplement when it comes to dosing. A daily dose of 1 – 2 grams per day is ideal however there is a loading phase before the full effects are experienced.

The loading dose has been documented at approximately 28g, meaning once the body has consumed 28g, full effects should be present. Whether that is taken as 2g per day for 14 days or 4g per day for 7 days is completely up to the individual.
